About the role
We’re looking for a problem-solving, people-facing AV Field Support Technician to join our expanding UK team. You’ll be on the front line of client support — installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining world-class AV and digital signage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support for AV and signage systems
- Carry out installations, testing, and commissioning of hardware
- Liaise with project managers and technical teams
- Perform routine maintenance and reporting
- Act as a brand ambassador on client sites
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in AV or tech support
- Strong knowledge of digital signage / hardware
- Confident communicator with great client rapport
- Flexible and happy to travel
- Driven, hands-on and solutions-focused
Nice to Haves
- Experience with LED display tech
- Electrical certifications
- Knowledge of CMS platforms
